💡 Chef tips
- You can easily swap the strawberries for mangoes, raspberries, or blueberries depending on what fruit you have on hand.
- To easily release the popsicles from the molds, briefly dip the outside of the molds in warm water for 10 to 15 seconds.
- Store the fully frozen popsicles in a zip-top freezer bag with parchment paper between them for up to 4 weeks.
✅ How it should turn out
The finished popsicles should be completely frozen, vividly colored with a creamy texture, and taste sweet and tangy like fresh fruit and yogurt.
