Blackwall Reaches $2.2B Valuation amid Surge in Web Bot Traffic
Estonian web traffic security firm Blackwall has secured a $100 million Series C funding round, quadrupling its valuation to $2.2 billion. The investment was led by AVP, with ongoing participation from Dawn Capital, MMC Ventures, and Tera Ventures. The company specializes in building protection tools that help websites and hosting providers manage the overwhelming surge of automated bots and AI agent traffic. Unlike direct competitors, Blackwall partners with cloud and hosting providers through a channel model, enabling them to rebrand and resell customized security suites.
