Israel and Cyprus Sign Major Naval Defense Agreement
The Israeli Defense Ministry has successfully secured a significant 150-million-euro defense agreement with Cyprus. This milestone contract focuses heavily on maritime security and fleet modernization. Under the terms of the arrangement, Israel Shipyards will deliver a state-of-the-art offshore patrol vessel. Additionally, the project encompasses comprehensive upgrades to the existing patrol craft currently operated by the Cypriot naval forces.
