A British father, Joshua Foster, has been fined 3,000 euros by a Paphos court following the tragic death of his two-year-old son. The child fell from a fourth-floor hotel window in Cyprus on the first day of the family's vacation. Foster pleaded guilty to causing death through a reckless act. The court heard that the father had placed the toddler on a windowsill to show him a view of a waterpark when the fatal accident occurred.
