Historic Milestone: First Officer Course Graduation for Haredi Brigade
Fifteen cadets from the IDF's Haredi brigade have completed an intensive eight-month officer training course, marking a significant milestone for integration efforts. The graduation ceremony took place on the roof of the Western Wall Yeshiva in Jerusalem, following a program tailored to accommodate the religious lifestyle of ultra-Orthodox soldiers. The IDF Chief of Staff praised the newly commissioned officers, emphasizing that the ultra-Orthodox community is an integral part of Israeli society. These graduates have already participated in active combat operations in Lebanon and Judea and Samaria, stepping into leadership roles in defense and offensive maneuvers.
