India's 'cockroach' party founder detained ahead of protest
Abhijeet Dipke, founder of India's youth-led 'Cockroach' Janta Party, has been detained in Delhi ahead of a planned protest march. The detention follows authorities banning the gathering and deploying heavy security across the capital. The movement is demanding the resignation of India's election chief over allegations of voter list manipulation, a charge the Election Commission denies. This marks the second time Dipke has been detained within a week.
