Russian Glide Bomb Attack on Zaporizhzhia Kills at Least 20
A devastating Russian glide bomb attack on the southern Ukrainian city of Zaporizhzhia has killed at least 20 people, including four children. Ukrainian officials report that residential apartment buildings were heavily damaged, leaving dozens injured and others trapped beneath the rubble as rescue operations continue. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky strongly condemned the strikes, linking them to a recent US policy decision regarding Russian diesel. He argued that easing sanctions sends the wrong signal to Moscow, encouraging further aggression rather than peace as the full-scale invasion continues.
