Box Office Preview: The Social Reckoning and Other Mommy Debut
The October box office season is kicking off with two very distinct cinematic offerings. Sony's drama The Social Reckoning, starring Jeremy Strong as Mark Zuckerberg, is targeting a modest $7 million opening weekend in North America. Meanwhile, the horror-thriller Other Mommy, starring Jessica Chastain and produced by James Wan, is expected to lead the weekend box office charts with a strong debut of $20 million or more across 3,200 theaters.
