JD Vance doubts military firing squad execution and won't watch it
US Vice President JD Vance has expressed skepticism regarding the Pentagon's plans to livestream the upcoming execution of Fort Hood shooter Nidal Hasan. While speaking with reporters, Vance stated he doubts the event will unfold as currently planned. Hasan was convicted for the 2009 mass shooting at Fort Hood, which claimed the lives of 13 soldiers and injured 32 others. If carried out, his execution by a firing squad would mark the first military execution in over six decades.
