Dropout Sets ‘MP3’ as First Scripted Live-Action Series in Seven Years
Comedy streaming service Dropout has announced its first new original scripted live-action series since rebranding from CollegeHumor. Titled "MP3," the three-episode music video countdown spoof will premiere this November. The satirical show features hosts played by Jeremy Culhane, Skye Townsend, and Aparna Nancherla, alongside Paul F. Tompkins as the producer. It marks a return to scripted live-action for the platform, which has focused primarily on unscripted hits like "Game Changer" and "Dimension 20."
