Amazon’s always-listening Bee wearable can now help you buy stuff
Amazon is expanding its hardware ecosystem with the introduction of two new Bee wearable devices, building upon the startup acquisition it made last year. The original $50 concept that summarized conversations has evolved into the $74.99 Bee Frontier and another companion device, accompanied by a new subscription plan. With these new releases, the always-listening AI technology is taking a commercial turn. The devices are designed not only to capture and summarize everyday dialogue but also to facilitate seamless purchases directly through Amazon's vast e-commerce platform.
