Martin Freeman to Voice Gromit in New Autobiography Audiobook
Gromit, the famously silent, eye-rolling canine companion from Aardman Animations' beloved "Wallace & Gromit" franchise, is set to finally break his silence. Actor Martin Freeman has been chosen to narrate the upcoming audiobook edition of "Grand: The Autobiography of Gromit, as Told to Nick Park." Creator Nick Park admitted that finding a voice for a character known precisely for having no dialogue was a daunting task. However, he ultimately realized that Freeman was the ideal choice to bring the iconic claymation hound's inner thoughts to life.
