Chrysler Building to get its crown restored after being sold
The iconic Chrysler Building in Manhattan is set to undergo a major multimillion-dollar renovation following a recent lease takeover by developer Tishman Speyer. As part of the project, the skyscraper's famous Art Deco crown and 77-storey facade will be fully restored, alongside substantial upgrades to interior office spaces and building infrastructure.
