U2 Announces Global Stadium Tour and New Album for 2027
Legendary rock band U2 has revealed plans for a massive international concert series titled the Carnaval De Luz tour, slated to commence in late February 2027. The initial leg focuses entirely on Latin American venues, with upcoming announcements expected to detail North American and European performance dates. Beck is lined up to support the group as the opening act for these early concerts. Simultaneously, the ensemble dropped a fresh single sharing the tour's namesake, serving as a preview for their upcoming studio album arriving in November. The accompanying music video offers an ironic take on religious themes, while the track itself presents a more atmospheric and introspective musical direction compared to their classic anthems.
