Court Rules on Inheritance Apartment Dispute in Tel Aviv
A Tel Aviv District Court has dismissed an appeal by three siblings attempting to block the sale of their late father's apartment for 4.25 million shekels. The siblings argued the property was worth significantly more, but a fourth sibling insisted on realizing her inheritance without further delay. Judge Naftali Shilo upheld the sale, emphasizing that the objecting siblings failed to produce a higher offer despite years of marketing. The court noted that forcing co-ownership would violate the sister's legal right to receive her share.
