Ohio Blogger Convicted of Harassment Over Nude Shrek Text to Senator

An Ohio political blogger has been found guilty of telecommunications harassment after texting an explicit image of the fictional character Shrek to a Republican state senator. DJ Byrnes, who operates the political commentary blog The Rooster, was ordered by a judge to pay a $200 fine following the jury's verdict.
