Japanese audio brand Final has introduced the Porta, a remarkably lightweight pair of wireless on-ear headphones that tip the scales at a mere 40 grams. Achieving this minimalist build involves a unique headband structure crafted from a single continuous wire, offering an alternative for users who find traditional earbuds or bulky over-ear models uncomfortable. Despite their featherlight construction, the headphones include modern connectivity features like Bluetooth 5.4, USB-C charging, and an IPX4 water resistance rating. They offer up to eight hours of battery life on a single charge and are currently available for preorder in Japan for approximately eighty dollars.
