Arava Film Festival 2026: Two Screens, Premieres and a Record Lineup
The 15th Arava International Film Festival is set to take place in the Israeli desert near Tzukim, introducing two outdoor screens for the first time in its history. Running from November 4 to 14, 2026, the event will present a diverse selection of international masterworks, festive Israeli premieres, and family-friendly animated features. This year's curated program features nine films making their Israeli debuts, alongside major prize-winners from prestigious festivals like Cannes, Venice, and Berlin. Attendees can also enjoy a special tribute to the late artistic consultant Edna Fainru, dedicated to the legacy of filmmaker Billy Wilder, and the ongoing high school cinema seminar.
