Hundreds of Yeshiva Deans Rally in Jerusalem to Support Shas
An extraordinary emergency assembly convened in Jerusalem, featuring members of the Council of Torah Sages of the Shas movement alongside approximately two hundred yeshiva deans, community rabbis, and institutional leaders. The gathering served as a call to action ahead of an electoral campaign described as critical for the preservation of Jewish identity and the Torah world. Prominent rabbinical authorities urged their followers to unite and actively support the movement, framing the political landscape as a challenging environment characterized by intense opposition from secular political factions.
