Sega Pulls Shogun 2 Remaster Following Flawed Launch
Sega has removed the newly released strategy game remaster from digital storefronts after facing severe backlash from disappointed buyers. Players quickly flooded review platforms with complaints regarding numerous technical bugs and controversial visual elements that appeared to be generated by artificial intelligence. In response to the overwhelming negative reception, the publishers acknowledged that the product failed to meet expected quality benchmarks. The original 2011 version is being restored for purchasers, while developers investigate the technical flaws to address community concerns.
