The Power of Great Dreams in Jewish Thought
Rav Ze'ev Sultanovitch explores Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak Kook's teachings on 'great dreams' as the foundational bedrock of existence, prophecy, and human progress. The lesson contrasts spiritual vision with the harsh materialism of daily life. It examines how grand aspirations sustain individuals through historical crises, from the Holocaust to the return to Zion, arguing that transcendent ideals represent a deeper reality than physical limitations.
