Oh, Sailor Behave! (1930) Pre-Code Musical Comedy
Oh, Sailor Behave! is a 1930 musical comedy produced by Warner Bros. Pictures. Directed by Archie Mayo, the film features a cast including Ole Olsen, Chic Johnson, Irene Delroy, and Lowell Sherman. The narrative combines elements of a Venetian romantic drama with the slapstick humor of two sailors. It serves as an example of early-sound Hollywood filmmaking, blending vaudeville-style antics with romantic plotlines.
