Russia accuses Ukraine of attacking oil refinery after Zelensky strikes

This development follows statements by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky that cross-border strikes against energy targets would resume. The pause on such energy site strikes had previously been implemented at the request of the United States. However, renewed fighting and accusations signal an escalation in the ongoing conflict.
