Maria Alché’s New Film 'I Love You and Today Everything Looks Beautiful'
Argentinian director Maria Alché, known for her acclaimed work on 'Puan', is moving forward with her latest feature project, 'I Love You and Today Everything Looks Beautiful'. The film is being developed through an international co-production partnership involving Argentina’s Pasto Cine, Brazil’s Bubbles Project, and additional support from Spain, Germany, and France. Set in the 1950s and 1960s, the narrative follows two orphaned siblings who move into a vibrant city home managed by their eccentric aunt. The household serves as a hub for intellectuals and political activists, providing a backdrop for a story that explores themes of resilience, faith, and the human capacity to find humor amidst tragedy.
