Mass Rally at Hostages Square Demands State Inquiry Commission
Thousands gathered at Hostages Square in Tel Aviv to demand the establishment of a state commission of inquiry into the October 7 events. Bereaved families, released captives, and opposition leaders participated in the demonstration organized by the October Council. Rabbi Elchanan Danino, whose son Ori was murdered in Hamas captivity, delivered a powerful speech criticizing the leadership's failure to uncover the truth. He emphasized that a society failing to investigate its past jeopardizes its future.
