Novels by renowned Irish author Sally Rooney are being pulled from shelves and digital storefronts across the United Kingdom. The decision follows her public backing of Palestine Action, an activist network classified as a terrorist organization by British authorities. Because the writer intends to keep channeling royalties to the group, her publisher Faber stated that distributing the material would breach UK laws and prevent financial compensation from reaching the author. While existing physical stock can still be legally sold by retailers, no new deliveries will be made.
