Dalton Smith defends WBC title against Alberto Puello in Sheffield
Undefeated British boxer Dalton Smith is set to make the inaugural defence of his WBC light-welterweight world title against former champion Alberto Puello. The bout takes place at the Utilita Arena in Sheffield after a previous training injury forced a postponement. Smith secured his championship status earlier this year with a stunning victory in New York. Meanwhile, Puello brings an impressive resume and slick southpaw style, presenting a formidable challenge for the champion's triumphant homecoming.
