Over 10,000 Cranes Arrive at Agamon Hula for Autumn Migration
The autumn bird migration is in full swing across Israel, bringing a massive wave of wildlife to the North. More than 10,600 common cranes were recently counted at the Agamon Hula nature reserve during official monitoring routines. Environmental staff note that a significant portion of these arriving cranes will spend the entire winter season in the Hula Valley region. The annual migration creates a remarkable natural spectacle while highlighting the reserve's key ecological role.
