Banijay Kids & Family Sells ’Little Princess’ to Sky U.K.
Banijay Kids & Family has secured a major broadcasting agreement with Sky U.K. for the beloved preschool animation series “Little Princess.” The multi- BAFTA nominated show, based on Tony Ross's popular books, will see its entire catalog hosted on the U.K. pay-TV platform. In addition to the Sky agreement, the studio closed international distribution deals with Nordisk Film, RTV Slovenia, and Italy's TIMVision. These partnerships highlight the enduring market demand for proven, evergreen children's entertainment properties over unproven linear concepts.
