Free Elizabeth Holmes Group Defends Theranos Founder at Screening
A group called Just Blood defended convicted Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes outside a screening of the A24 documentary 'You Can See Everything' at the New York Film Festival. Ryan Elhosseiny, who leads the group, claims he has successfully rebuilt the failed blood-testing technology and insists Holmes is innocent. Despite Holmes being sentenced to 11 years in prison for fraud, Elhosseiny and his supporters distributed flyers and t-shirts advocating for her release.
