Will Lankshear is quickly proving his worth at Middlesbrough after transferring from Tottenham Hotspur in a deal worth up to £20m. With nine goals in his first 12 appearances, his poacher's instinct and positioning have propelled Boro into the Championship promotion race while his former club languishes in the Premier League relegation zone.
