Google makes it easier to launch your vibe-coded apps
Google has announced a new feature in the US that allows users to launch personal apps created through AI Studio directly via the Google Play Store. This eliminates the traditional requirement of connecting a phone to a computer for installation. While these custom apps will be accessible through the Play Store, Google emphasizes that they remain private, secure, and separate from the public catalog. Users can manage their personal apps easily using a standard Google account.
