Glimpse introduces Explore to give hardware makers CT X-ray speeds
Hardware recalls remain a costly challenge for major manufacturers across the automotive, aerospace, and electronics industries. Often, critical internal defects go unnoticed because traditional CT scanning methods are too slow for comprehensive statistical sampling. To address this bottleneck, startup Glimpse has developed a new image processing software called Explore. The tool aims to accelerate quality control checks by significantly boosting throughput on existing CT scanners, allowing manufacturers to inspect thousands of parts daily.
