‘Angel and the Badman’ Review: Zachary Levi Leads New Remake
Angel Studios has released a new remake of the 1947 classic John Wayne western, 'Angel and the Badman,' starring Zachary Levi. Directed by Julio Quintana, the film attempts to breathe new life into the traditional story. While the production features notable performances, such as an appearance by Tommy Lee Jones, critics note that the film often leans heavily into piousness, sometimes sacrificing the raw excitement found in the original version.
