Indonesian director Mouly Surya, known for 'Marlina the Murderer in Four Acts,' has introduced her new project, 'The Wife Who Can See Dead People (Or Jinn),' at the Busan Asian Project Market. The film follows a young bride named Gadis who joins a polygamous Muslim household and develops a deep bond with a fellow wife. Blending personal experience with themes of grief, the supernatural, and polygamy, the story takes a dark turn when a young boy goes missing. The project is currently in development as the team seeks international co-production partners and funding.
