Meta and Apple team up to make Muse AI models run better on Macs
Meta has announced the Muse Spark Open AI model, promoting it as the most capable US open-weight model available today. Alongside this launch, the company highlighted a collaboration with Apple to optimize the model's performance on desktop environments. Thanks to Apple's MLX framework, the Muse Spark model can run efficiently using two Apple M5 Ultra Mac Studios. This partnership marks a significant milestone as the first model in its class to achieve such desktop integration.
