Brazil’s Elas Exportam Boosts Women-Led Film and Series Exports
Brazil’s Elas Exportam training program is designed to foster the international export of films and series produced by women-led companies. Organized by the Ministry of Development, Industry, Commerce and Services (MDIC), the initiative addresses a historical gender gap in Brazilian business. The inaugural cohort features 14 women participating in an 88-hour online curriculum covering technical expertise, market intelligence, and socio-emotional leadership skills. Prominent industry figures serve as volunteer mentors to guide participants toward global success.
