US Envoy to Meet Putin as Intelligence Sharing Resumes with Ukraine
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has confirmed that vital US intelligence sharing has been successfully restored following high-level diplomatic discussions in Oslo. The breakthrough comes as US special envoy Steve Witkoff prepares to travel to Russia for direct talks with Vladimir Putin regarding newly formulated peace proposals. The diplomatic push involves key international figures, including Finnish President Alexander Stubb and US advisor Jared Kushner. While participants noted genuine progress toward potential conflict resolution, substantial hurdles remain as Russian leadership continues to resist political concessions amid ongoing military hostilities.
