Keanu Reeves' Stop-Motion Samurai Film 'Hidari' Seeks New Partner
Japan's Dwarf Studios is searching for a new financial partner for the stop-motion samurai film 'Hidari,' which features voice work by Keanu Reeves. Producer Matsumoto Noriko announced the update at the Busan International Film Festival. The search comes after initial talks with a U.S. company stalled. Although the American firm offered full budget funding, they demanded all rights, which led to a breakdown in negotiations amid Hollywood executive changes.
