Globo and Endemol Shine Brasil Form Global Entertainment Alliance
Brazilian media giant Globo and Endemol Shine Brasil, a division of Banijay Latin America, have formed a strategic non-scripted intellectual property partnership. The collaboration aims to develop and produce the next generation of Brazilian entertainment franchises with both local relevance and global appeal. Building on a long history of successful previous collaborations, the new alliance will allow both companies to co-develop original formats from the very beginning. The partnership combines Globo's massive daily audience reach in Brazil with Banijay's extensive global distribution network.
