FlyDubai Hijacking to Become Film by Dori Media and Sphereorigin
Dori Media Group and India's Sphereorigin are developing a narrative film based on the harrowing FlyDubai airline hijacking incident from September 30. The flight, heading to Tel Aviv, faced a suspected terror plot by its co-pilot, who allegedly stabbed the captain. Thanks to the heroic intervention of Captain Smit Machchhar and brave passengers, the plane was recovered from a steep dive and the attacker was subdued. The extraordinary survival story is now being adapted into an inspirational movie.
