Skydance-owned U.K. network Channel 5 has reported a significant financial downturn, with profits dropping by approximately $32 million for the year 2025. The network recorded a profit of £8.3 million for the year ending Dec. 31, 2025, falling sharply from the £32.8 million reported the previous year. Company executives have attributed the sharp decline to a challenging advertising market combined with heavy inward investments into streaming platforms.
