Ben Samek Named CEO of Banijay America Post-All3Media Merger
Banijay Entertainment has officially confirmed Ben Samek as the CEO of Banijay America, following the major merger between Banijay and All3Media. In this new role, Samek will report directly to Banijay Entertainment deputy CEO Jane Turton. Simultaneously, the company announced the launch of Banijay Latin America to oversee regional production activities, with Laurens Drillich appointed as its CEO while Samek remains involved as a board member and consultant.
