- Recovered camera footage sent to the American embassy
A group of young travelers from America journeys to the African bush, recording their entire trip on camera. After arriving in Southern Africa, they connect with local guides and fellow guests at a safari lodge before heading out on a game drive. Dissatisfied with not spotting any lions, the tourists pressure their guide into steering them toward forbidden hunting territory, where vehicle failure leaves them stranded.
Once stranded, the travelers must contend with a hostile environment dominated by predators and poachers. Wild animals and human threats gradually eliminate members of the party one by one. Ultimately, the only record of their tragic expedition survives through the video footage discovered and delivered to the American embassy.
