אַ֭שְׁרֵי מַשְׂכִּ֣יל אֶל־דָּ֑ל בְּי֥וֹם רָ֝עָ֗ה יְֽמַלְּטֵ֥הוּ יְהֹוָֽה׃

Happy is someone who is thoughtful of the wretched;in bad times may GOD keep themathem I.e., the thoughtful person. from harm.
